Bddaje's Terms & Conditions

Bddaje is an online gaming platform serving adult users in Bangladesh and other select regions. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the bddaje website, mobile application, and all other digital services.

By creating an account on bddaje, using the platform, or accessing any of our services, you automatically agree to these terms and conditions. If you object to any term, please discontinue use of bddaje.

These Terms & Conditions are written in Bengali; however, the English version shall prevail in the event of any legal dispute. bddaje reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and any changes will be published on the platform.

To open an account on bddaje, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years must be.
• All information you provide must be accurate, truthful, and up to date.
• Each person may only have One Account can open.
• Only one account may be operated per device or IP address.
• You must reside in a country or region where bddaje operates.

A valid email address, mobile number, and identity verification details — such as a National ID or passport — may be required at registration. Withdrawals may be restricted until the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process is completed.

The rules governing deposits and withdrawals on bddaje are detailed below:

Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. For exceptions, please contact the support team. Large withdrawals may require additional KYC verification.

Bddaje regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each offer comes with its own terms, which are clearly stated on the offer page. General bonus policies are outlined below:

• Welcome Bonus: Applicable to new members on their first deposit only. Can be claimed once per account.
• Wagering Requirement: A specified amount must be wagered before a bonus can be withdrawn (typically ×15 to ×30).
• Bonus Validity: Most bonuses must be used within 7 to 30 days.

• Multiple Bonuses: Only one bonus can typically be active at a time.

Bddaje closely monitors bonus abuse. Anyone found attempting to manipulate the system or claim bonuses through multiple accounts will have their account closed and all winnings forfeited.

All games on bddaje operate using internationally certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is regularly audited by independent third parties. This ensures that every game outcome is completely random and cannot be manipulated by any party.

• Each game has its own RTP (Return to Player) rate, which can be found on the game's information page.
• If a game is interrupted mid-play due to a technical error, the bet will be refunded.
• If any game is affected by server or network issues, bddaje will make every effort to ensure a fair outcome.
• In live games, the dealer's decision is final.

For Sports Betting, bets are generally refunded if an event is cancelled. However, specific market conditions may vary and will be clearly displayed at the time of placing the bet.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bddaje platform:

• Money Laundering: Using bddaje to launder money is strictly prohibited and will result in legal action.
• Multiple Accounts: No individual may operate more than one account.
• Bots & Automation: Using software, bots, or scripts to play games is strictly prohibited.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes is strictly prohibited.
• Chargebacks: Filing an unauthorized chargeback with your bank after making a deposit.
• Account Transfer: Selling or transferring your account to another person.
• Hacking Attempts: Any unauthorized attempt to access the system.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account closure without notice, forfeiture of all balances, and legal action where applicable.

Bddaje strives to deliver its services to the highest standard. However, bddaje's liability is limited in the following situations:

• Issues arising from technical errors, server downtime, or third-party service failures.
• If a game is interrupted due to a loss of internet connection.
• If account credentials are compromised due to the player's own negligence.
• Delays or failures caused by third-party services (banks, mobile banking).

In all circumstances, bddaje's maximum liability shall be limited to the value of the transaction in question.

Bddaje reserves the right to close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• Without notice in the event of a terms and conditions violation.
• In cases of suspected fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• If KYC verification has not been completed.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 90 days).
